James Jagger
Business Development Executive

James has been working in finance since the age of 20. Originally from Huddersfield, travelled down with the sole purpose of achieving a career in finance. His first break came at City Index where he worked as a sales executive, it was here he developed a knowledge of finance and the futures market.  Soon after he left City Index, he joined Cantor Fitzgerald, handling sales for both corporate and retail.  It wasn’t long until he  made the jump to the trading desk where he focused on commodities and forward FX.  With a growing interest in Hedge Funds and the asset management industry, James then joined Castlestone Management, where he was the business development manager for the north of England, building relationships and driving business forward.  James soon developed a passion for sustainability within the financial sector and joined Industry RE as a Sustainable Portfolio Manager. James current role is to develop business for the funds concentrating on the North of England and London. In his spare time he is a keen sailor competing regularly in national competitions. He also enjoys going to the gym, and of course entertaining and socialising in South West London and the usual City Haunts.
