Sam Pickering

Sam Pickering began his career flying helicopters within the Army Air Corps, during which time he was deployed throughout the world. His final posting was with the Australian Army where his passion for sustainability was established.
On leaving the Army, Sam retrained as a building surveyor and project manager with Watts Group. During his time with Watts he became an expert in sustainable construction and established the sustainability side of the company, becoming chairman of European sustainability. From Bristol a move to London saw Sam establish a sustainability company with an office in London and one in Qatar.

With an extensive knowledge of carbon and energy management, sustainable construction; BREEAM, LEED, Ska and QSAS, Sam has a wealth of knowledge in both the construction and operational sectors of the commercial property sector. This experience coupled with a commercial outlook provides Sam with the tools to ensure his clients receive relevant and pragmatic consultancy.
